The Complications of moving from Tumblr to WordPress…help!

  I tried to import my tumblr blog using an xml file and then accidentally deleted about 20 posts or so. I want to delete all of the information in my wordpress blog so I can re-import my tumblr blog. Also, I want to start using WordPress solely, but I want to push my posts to tumblr so I don’t lose my readers from there.

  Can you please advise me on how to do all of that?
