As far as I know there’s no PIN. Why does WWD needs this information? Are you trying to transfer the domain? If so, please read
this guide as it explains how to transfer the domain name to another registrar. -
Thanks and I did, and I supposedly I transfer the domain was everything ok so far, ans even I paid the domain until 2014 whit the other host, then suddenly 2 days ago the domain stops and the host says is because the domain doesn’t belong to WordPress and belongs to wild West domains ans I need talk to them, I did and they said the domain is not even register whit them and they need my account number and pin to assist me, the weird thing is that if I run a whois shows wild west domains as the register, the expiration date until 2014 that I paid for and it says domain is inactive, I been sending several emails to WordPress asking for assistance whit no response and the is not a phone number to contact support, I receive answer after I posted on forum here, but is weird that domain was transfered ansd even paid until 2014 ans now is inactive and I cannot get assistance from wild west domains whiout that info and at WordPress when I try to update domain says contact support… But the funny part is that they don’t answer back or don’t provide a phone number for that matter

I paid the domain until 2014 whit the other host
Are you referring to web-hosting or domain registration?
Your domain translatinacoalition.org expired on 2013-01-26. Before it expired, we sent email warnings and displayed notifications on your dashboard.
Domain expiration is a lengthy and complicated process that takes about 80 days. During this time, your domain may be put up for auction or sold on back-order. You can learn more about expired domains here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/
The good news is that we may still be able to recover your domain if it has not yet been deleted or purchased by someone else. A late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal.
Please click the following link to pay for the renewal:
https://manualpayments.wordpress.com/?u=56bc9efd54The total price will be $98, which is $18 for the regular renewal plus the $80 late renewal fee.
Please reply back once you have submitted the payment so we can begin the recovery process. If we are unable to recover your domain your payment will be refunded.

The domain, and that is something I don’t understand, why if I did the domain transfer to the other place when the domain was still active and was in WordPress and i paid for a full year until January 2014 now suddenly the domain is inactive and under wild west domains, now you ask to pay $96 to get the domain back to WordPress, I don’t want the domain under WordPress, I want the domain stay whit the host and all together, but why I have to pay twice for the domain and plus $80.00, then you said the domain expired in January 2013… So how do you explain the website was online until just couple days ago ?? Was online because was already transfer the domain to the other site and paid until 2014 as the whois report says.. I don’t really understand what happened now

I paid for a full year until January 2014
Where did you pay this? we haven’t received any renewal payment so that’s why the domain got expired and eventually ended up in redemption.
We did receive the $98 and I’ve just contacted the domain registrar to restore your domain. I’ll keep you informed.

The domain is back in your account. Do you want me to point the domain back to your WordPress.com blog? Or do you want to use your domain on a different hosting?
