The Edit button is greyed out on

  I can’t edit the DNS settings on my blog as the ‘Edit’ button is greyed out.

  I want to edit the MX, TXT records but can’t.

  I’ve logged in and out a number of times and nothing changes it. I have been able to edit in the past.

  Hi James,

  Sorry about that! Our team is investigating why that Edit button doesn’t always work. However, it usually works if you click a direct link to your My Domains page, like this:

  https://wordpress.com/my-domains/

  Can you try following that link and then clicking on your Edit button to see if it works that way? Please let me know how that goes!
