The first payment

    Hello!

    I am a little bit concerned about my first payment.

    As I understand, then the first year is for free?

    It is stated on some pages, but not on all of them.

    I can not pay for the site right now. And I wouldn’t want to have a bad surprise of having been charged right now. I don’t even have enough money on my card right now.

    So, could you please verify, when will I be charged? And by the way, can I stop my membership before the year ends to avoid being charged? If for any reason after a year I see, that I wouldn’t be able to pay. Hypothetically.

    Hosting with WordPress.com is absolutely free. You only pay if you decide you want additional features for you site via the various paid plans available:

    What is free for only the first year is the custom domain – it is included in the paid plan for the first year and then you pay the domain in addition to the plan after that.
