The html tag A has stopped working …

    Bonjour The Team,
    I need help …
    since few days some attributes of the html tag *a* (anchor) seems to be stripped out…
    . name
    . border
    . align

    am I wrong ?

    NB.1
    tested on several PCs and also with the following navigators :
    . Firefox v17.0,
    . Aurora v18.0a2,
    . Opera v12.02,
    . IE 9.0
    . Chrome.

    NB.2
    it worked fine for years…
