The login is not working, and its not a forgotten password issue

  I had to create a new account so that I can reach out for support. apparently, the login page is not working for me. I add my email and then hit the button where I am supposed to add my password, but then it brings me back to the email page. I did this a few times and now I am locked out. It is not a reset password issue as I use lass pass for my passwords and have been logging in with this pass for a while. Help! what do I do now. thanks

  After too many password attempts, you’ll be locked out for a period of time. If you haven’t already tried again, please feel free to do so and report back your results.
