The Loop Sports Website

Hi, my name is Nick Petrusevski and I’m an admin at the Loop Sports website. We are having issues with some of the writers and editors not being on the site. On both the app and new version of word press myself and a few others were kicked from the site. When I logged in and out of WP, it doesn’t even acknowledge the Loop Sports as one of my sites. I’ve logged in and out of the app on both my computer and application on my phone. Was wondering how myself and the other contributors can get everything back to normal?

Can you please provide the URL for that site?
Am I correct that this is a self-hosted WordPress site? If so, is it connected here via the Jetpack plugin?
If it is, this might be a Jetpack issue. You can find the support documentation for that plugin here:

It is connected via the Jetpack plugin, but it a user problem. Several writers, including myself, open our WP accounts and The Loop Sports isn’t even listed as one of our sites, which is not allowing me to access anything on the site. -
That site is on the WordPress.com Business Plan, and you are showing as an admin on that site for me now – looks like you were added about 13 hours ago – and it’s showing in your My Sites list if I view your account. Looks like you managed to reconnect your Jetpack connection for your account.
It looks like the site owner was making some changes to Jetpack settings about two days ago, and it appears they might have inadvertently disconnected Jetpack. But everything looks good now. If you still see anything that doesn’t look right, you should now again be able to contact live chat support so we can help you troubleshoot this in real time.
