The Men and Families Center website is not allowing me to log in

I have been logging into our website http://www.menandfamiliescenter.org and it will not allow me to get to the website dashboard so that I can work on the website. I have refreshed and changed the password but it just keeps on refreshing itself. When I type in our website’s name it is saying that it is unsecured. What does this mean? I checked with the hosting company discountASP.net and they state that nothing has been hacked or compromised. Can you please help me? Quandra Gaines, Admin
