The ‘My Site,’ ‘Reader’ ‘Write’ black ribbon at the top

Two questions, please.
How may I remove the black ribbon at the top of the pages which shows ‘My Site,’ ‘Reader’ and ‘Write’?
Also, I’d like to sign up for Premium. Is it possible to access the WordPress plans page directly from my site?

That ribbon is only visible to logged in WordPress.com users, others won’t see it, and there is no way to remove it.
