The one post I have made appears in all my widgets in Zuki
-
Hi,
I have posted one post so far on my blog, just to get a feel of what it is like, and it now appears in all of my widgets. I just want it in my recent writings section, and under the ‘writings’ header at the top.
Additionally, how do you edit each widgets to insert different content?
I’d appreciate your help. Thanks
Cassie

Hi,
Your “Recent Writings” widget displays all recent posts, up to the limit that you’ve set in the widget. The others recent posts widgets on the front page may display the same thing, all posts, if you haven’t limited the posts to display to a certain category, as is done in the case of the “Creative” section of the Zuki demo front page. Also, since you presently have two posts, each with the “writing” category assigned, limiting the second recent posts widget (titled “Latest sustainable development, ecotourism and conservation articles”) to display only posts in the “writing” category will result in the widget displaying the same two posts that it would if you didn’t limit the display by category. The same thing is true of the third posts widget, “Tips on getting into international development.”

Additionally, how do you edit each widgets to insert different content?
Assign various categories to posts. Then filter by category the posts to display in each posts widget using the Visibility tool of the widget.
