The original account holder has left our company

Hello,
Within the company I work for, we have a word press account however, it is very old. We still it it every month for our Founders Blog Posts, however last week our login details didn’t work and we have no idea what the historical email address was that was used to create it. But we need access! Can we either edit the email address? Or inform us what it is? So we can resurrect the inbox and receive the reminder email…

Blogs belong to their owners and Staff will not just hand you the blog. There is a process whereby the owner of the blog which is not a company or an organization but the person with the username account that registered the blog can transfer it to another username account.
The person with the username account that registered the blog and who owns it is an Admin of the blog that persona must add another username account as an Admin of the blog first.
