The payment has gone through but the upgrade hasn't

    Dear forums and helpdesk.

    We recently transferred our jointly authored blog from one owner to another. We allowed the upgrade to premium to lapse so the new owner could pay for the next year’s worth of upgrade on a different credit card.

    The ownership transferred successfully, but since making an online payment of $99 (this has been confirmed on the credit card bill), the “my upgrades” page still presents as free account only. I do not have access to the relevant parts of the dashboard that I should have.

    I cannot cancel the upgrade within 30 days to recover the payment, because there is no online evidence within WordPress of having ever made the payment.

    Please help.

    Hi Helen,

    I don’t see any payment history linked to your account fairyinhikingboots, and the only payment I see for this blog is the Premium plan that was purchased last year. I’m sending you an email so we can discuss the private details of that payment you made, so I can track that down for you. Please let me know here if you don’t receive that email from me.
