    So you are wanting to still use juliebron.com?

    If you’re wanting to transfer your domain or use it at another host, you should never cancel it at your current host because once you decide to cancel your domain, there is no guarantee that you will be able to reacquire it in the future. Someone else could gain access to it. Also, it usually takes a few weeks for your domain registration to clear and become available once you cancel it. There isn’t an exact time, however, so you’ll be checking consistently to see when it becomes available.

    If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another site

    I’ll be happy to contact the registrar to see if we can restore the domain back to your account, but I cannot guarantee that we will be able to get the domain back.

    No problem! I just restored it back to your account. =)

    You’ll need to wait 60 days before being able to transfer the domain, but in the meantime, you can point the nameservers of the domain over to the host of your choice (from the links I provided in my previous response).
