The seller of a theme I bought isn't responding

Hey there,
I recently bought a theme (Bizberg shop) and the functionalities don’t work well. I tried contacting them on their website but I haven’t got any replies in the last week or 2.
How can I get my refund? Can WordPress staff help me with this? I’m not sure how to resolve this issue.

I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble, but unless a theme was purchased through WordPress.com, we do not have any way to help in this situation.
Perhaps you could try contacting your financial institution and seeing if they can be of any assistance.
