The setup for finding specific pages is difficult to use for a beginner

I’m struggling with the pages and how to access them. I keep ending up on a certain post and end up being sent back to the menu if I hit the back button. I want to be able to easily access each page with a next button or something similar. Like I said I’m new to this so it could be right in front of my face and I’m missing it. Please help
