  The site Winchesterprimers.com is saying they have an account through you which is the sale of ammunition and reloading equipment which goes directly against your policy if they do have an account with you. If not you may want to consider getting the domain taken down

  Hi there, we actually aren’t affiliated with that retailer. They are not hosted on WordPress.com, but appear to be using a 3rd party host we are not connected to, and using the free ecommerce software from WooCommerce to add a store to their website.

  If you are having trouble with your order, I would recommend first reaching out to the store you purchased from and they should be able to give you more information. If they refuse to help you or they don’t respond, I would recommend starting a fraud investigation with your bank to recover your funds.
