  when i try to get to my dashboard this message shows up, sometimes it spends me an email saying i needed to have a better pass word, i try use the links, but it just loops me around and around. please help.

  WordPress.com sites don’t have site-specific admin emails, so this looks like an issue with a site using the open source WordPress software at another host.
