I want to make my post “Beijing” appear in the slider. I set a featured image and turned on “Stick to the front page,” but it doesn’t appear in the slider. In fact, this is not the first time it’s not working. I have three sliders so far (four, including this one), and none of them worked. I always had to post a thread on this forum to get helped. When I searched the forum, it seemed like there were a lot of people having the same problem with this theme. Can you troubleshoot this theme and fix the problem? I don’t think it’s just me. Also, if you can help me putting the post in the slider, I’d really appreciate it. Thank you.

But you are saying that it happens repeatedly, right? When it happens, does it always eventually work without doing anything, or could there be something that you do each time that finally makes it work properly?
You may add a “modlook” tag to the sidebar to call for staff attention if you’d like staff to investigate the issue.

Yes, it has happened every time. I always posted a post here to get moderator to solve it. But this time, I feel like it worked somehow after several hours, since no staff made a comment on this thread. But I’m having the same issue with another post, and I think I’ll have the same problem when I make a next post tomorrow, so I’ll see if I’d need help tomorrow and add “modlook” tag for sure. Thanks for the information!

No one responded here to your other two topics on this issue. Not staff or anyone else? Did staff contact you via email or chat regarding this issue previously? If the problem has spontaneously resolved each time, it might be due to an untreated browser issue. Do you keep your browser version up to date, and clear the browser cache periodically?

Yes, they’re all up to date. I’m 100% cretain it’s not the problem with my computer or browser, because I have used different computers and browsers so far, and still had the same problem each time. I remember I definitely got answers on each thread. I don’t know where they are all gone.

Also, as I said formerly, other people who use this theme seemed to have a similar problem when I searched the forum. This problem wasnt that uncommon. So, it should be some kinda glitch with the theme. Anywys, thanks for the comments. I will do what a you suggested, and they can check what’s going on. I don’t think I’d have time to go on with this thread.

I meant to say you may add a “modlook” tag to the sidebar of this topic, just in case you might have misunderstood. So if you want to address this issue with staff, it will at least begin here. You could ask them to correspond via email once they respond here.
