  I linked mailchimp to my wordpress but it is not working claiming subscription duration has expired.I need help.

  Hello –

  Are these the instructions that you followed?

  Add a Mailchimp Pop-Up

  Please make sure you’ve selected the option for the subscriber pop up. That’s the only option that will work on your WordPress.com site.

  I’d suggest deleting the current widget and starting over fresh.

  Do that via My Sites – Customizer – Widget – MailChimp – Delete
