‘The transaction was declined. Please try another card’

  Hi, I am trying to make the payment for a Business Plan, however I keep getting this error message ‘The transaction was declined. Please try another card’ as soon as I press the Pay button, without saying anything else more specific as to why it is declined. I have used this card earlier with no issues so can’t figure out what is wrong. I tried another card and got the same response. If someone is able to help it would be great, thanks!

  Hi there,

  Sometimes your bank may block the transaction, even if your card works for other purchases. Please contact your bank to confirm that they are not blocking transactions from WordPress.com. Also, make sure that your card is valid for online and international transactions.
