    I want to stop my site. I need to know how to unlock the domain and get an authorization code so the site I did set put can use it.

    Hi there,

    For what domain do you want an authorization code? The account you’re using to post here does not own any domains with us.

    You used to own the domain, jjteeup.com, but you cancelled that domain on 1 July and was refunded for its cost.

    I can still restore the domain to your account at this point, which will allow you to transfer it elsewhere, but then you’ll first need to pay the registration fee for the domain again. Please let me know if I should get this process started for you.

    Yes, I need to restore the domain. Can you help me and let me know what and how to do that. Also what is the registration fee?

    Sure, I’ve sent a payment request to the email address on your Account Settings page. We will be able to restore the jjteeup.com back to jjteeup575081534.wordpress.com once that has been paid.

    Also what is the registration fee?

    This is the amount you paid to register and use the jjteeup.com for the year. As @kokkieh mentioned, this has already been refunded, which is why we need to send a payment request.
