  This message displayed and now I can’t get back into my the site nor wordpress. Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version ‘>= 5.6.0’.

  Hi @caramiamedia, your host should be able to help you update your PHP version, or confirm it so you can share that information with Composer support.
