the widget dasboard look wrong,

  not alowed to drag the widgets in the side bar,
  sidebar on all pages/posts mising
  it happen when i try to update a plugin
  after that i deactivate every plugin, see if the problem is solved, then reactivate
  the widget page in the dasboard not have the elements a dashboard usualy have
  such us” the black line above whit the dashboard menus, the side bar, the help buton, option page buton
