The WordPress.com site #siteID cannot currently use this API.

  I purchased the jepack buisiness plan, which should allow me to call the API described on https://developer.wordpress.com/docs/api/1.1/post/sites/site/search/, but I keep getting the message ‘The WordPress.com site #siteID cannot currently use this API.’ Why is this?

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  And… I bought a jetpack, why does the post say Jetpack: No?
