That’s short and to the point. Let me guess. You’ve set up a new WordPress.com account in the last hour and want to install a theme you’ve purchased elsewhere? I’m afraid you can’t do that here. You have to choose from the 300+ free or premium WordPress.com themes available here.
Anything else you have read about uploading themes applies to WordPress.org:-
