Theme

So I purchased a theme from Envato Market. I downloaded the theme and tried to install it. For some reason, I get an error message which states that following: ‘ Install failed’ then the screen forward to a page which displays this error message ‘The site that you are looking for no longer exists’. In searching this error I have now come to realize that its the plan/version of word press that I am using. Am I not able to use the ‘Premium Plan’ and upload my desired themes? Why do I have to use the business plan? I am just a freelancer.

You don’t reveal the name of the theme in question. Are you sure that theme, or something similar wasn’t already available here at WordPress.com in the themes directory? If not, then all other WordPress themes you find around the Interweb are designed for the WordPress.org software. They can be used here at WordPress.com but only by upgrading to the Business plan. https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
