    I purchased a premium theme for my website and the payment have is done.
    Yet I can not use the theme because in my account it still shows that I have to buy it.

    What theme did you buy, and for which site?

    The bewisebeaware account you’re using to post here has never bought any upgrades from us, and I don’t see any payments or even payment attempts in our billing logs for this account.
