Theme Based Problems

  I want to use a new theme (Snaps) for my website. However, when I try to apply the new theme, a lot of the old theme’s format remains and the new theme does not have all of the features shown in the demo. I have tried deleting all of the content throughout the site and starting from scratch but when I try to apply the new theme it is still having the same issues.
