Theme change on WordPress hosted blog

  I found a theme I want to use for my blog, but I can’t figure out how to change it. I’m not seeing the add theme button in the themes area of appearance. It is a word press hosted blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Then you cannot add external themes to it, for security reasons. Those are for WordPress.ORG blogs on paid hosting.

  but the theme I want is on the Word press site and its a free theme. https://wordpress.org/themes/catch-box

  It is on the WordPress.ORG site.

  Doesn’t matter if it’s free. It’s for WordPress.ORG blogs. You don’t have one.
