Theme Colors

  When I go to customize my theme (McKinley Theme), I keep trying to change the colors back to the default. For some reason, every time I hit “Save” and go to view my site, nothing has changed. Can you please change my theme back to its default colors? I don’t have the Custom Design upgrade, but I know when I was playing around with the color options, it changed to the current one I have, but now it won’t go back.

  Hi there,

  Thanks for letting us know, and sorry you’re having trouble with this. We’ve had other reports about this, and our team is trying to track down the bug causing the problem. We’ll give you an update when that’s worked out.

  In the meantime, we have worked out a way around the issue:

  1. Go to Appearance > Customize > Custom Design and click the “Try Now” button
  2. Click Colors
  3. Click Default
  4. Click Save
  5. Click Custom Design
  6. Click “exit the preview”
  7. Check blog front end and the default colors should be back

  Please give that workaround a try and let me know if you have any questions. :)

  I wanted to let you know that our team fixed up this issue, so you can now change the colors back to the default normally. Please let us know if you continue to have trouble with this. :)
