Theme compatibility with WPML

    I am developing a new website on WordPress.com and I have chosen the theme Cakely by Automattic. Since the website has to handle different languages, I am evaluating the adoption of either TranslatePress or WPML; the former works with any theme and any plugin, while the latter does not.

    Do you know if Cakely is compatible with WPML? How can I check that, before purchasing?

    Unfortunately, I cannot find a way to contact the Cakely developer.
