  Please I can’t find theme Editor on my WordPress account, can you do well to open a theme Editor for me please 🙏🙏🙏

  Hi there,

  We are not seeing any issues on our end, can you tell us more about where you have tried looking? I see you have found the editor for two of your sites, so is this an issue that you have with some sites but not all?

  In this case I suspect that your internet service provider may be having issues with finding the domain correctly. With this in mind, can you test a few things for me? Firstly can you let me know if you have any issues in loading the following URLs

  – https://wordpress.com
  – https://s1.wp.com
  – https://dfw.wordpress.com

  As well, I would like you to run the following network test: http://www.speedtest.net/

  Can you tell me the results you get for:

  – Latency
  – Download speed
  – Upload speed

  Hi again,

  I forgot to add that issues like this can often be traced to an expired (or broken) cookie or expired cache. It looks like you are using Google Chrome as your browser, so with this in mind I would like you to try the following

  – clear your cache and cookies based on the steps google recommends here: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050
  – Also make sure you are not blocking any “3rd party cookies” as explained in that guide as well.
  – If you continue to have loading issues after completing those steps, I would like you to try another browser instead, like Firefox. Are you able to proceed if you use a browser other than Chrome?
