Theme – featured image

  I chose Morden Theme then later changed to Capoverso theme. So, the Capoverso theme is showing as the one that is activated but the edit pages still shows ‘Home — Front Page, Morden Theme’. And the featured image is not showing up on the Home page. I am still using the free version of WordPress

  edit pages still shows ‘Home — Front Page, Morden Theme’.

  That’s because that is the default front page that was created for the site when you activated the Morden theme. That does not prevent you from using the same page in a different theme, and does not imply that Morden is still active on your site. Your site is on the Capoverso theme now, not Morden.

  And the featured image is not showing up on the Home page.

  You need to switch that page to the Front Page template under Page Attributes in the editor, as explained at https://wordpress.com/theme/capoverso.

  Currently that page is set to the Default template.
