Theme Format No Longer Working

On the initial login page, and for the website itself, the previous theme of “The Firm” is no longer displaying the content in its usual format. Whenever I attempt to log-in, I cannot even access the Dashboard and edit the content of any webpages, widgets or menus.
Please help!

What’s your website URL? What log in page are you using? Any error message when you log in attempts fail?

The webpage is ‘LightenUpEastTexas.com’.
The login page that I have used since the creation of the page is ‘http://www.lightenupeasttexas.com/wp-login.php’.
I work for the health department in northeast Texas and we are preparing to launch the third year of a weight loss challenge after the New Year. This is not the time of the year when the webpage does not need to be incorrectly formatted.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

No error messages when I log in. It is just showing content and images that are loaded, but not in the “The Firm” theme that was previously displaying the content.
As I searched through a listing of available themes on the WordPress.com list, I did not find “The Firm”, so I wonder if that theme has been permanently erased.

I visited the website and found that it display as you mentioned without a theme formatting. I don’t know what happened. The link on the theme at the bottom of the front page goes to a “Nothing Found” error message at http://premopress.com/thefirm/, which suggests that perhaps the theme is defunct or temporarily withdrawn.As you noticed, it doesn’t seem to be a WordPress.com theme option anymore.
Have tagged the thread for Staff attention.

http://lightenupeasttexas.com/ is not hosted by WordPress.COM and There is no domain mapping upgrade for lightenupeasttexas.com. We do not provide support for it. lightenupeasttexas.com is hosted by RackSpace. We do not provide support for any blogs that are not hosted by WordPress.COM.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
