Hi I purchased a theme from envato and want to use that. I am trying to build website for a non-profit, and business plan is too costly for us. Please let me know how to upload the purchased theme

If the Business plan (needed to use an external theme here at WordPress.com) isn’t an option then you’ll have to investigate setting up a site elsewhere using the WordPress.org software if that particular theme is the way you want to go:
