Theme I purchased is NOT displaying on my blog.

    I purchased THE WRITER at the same time this morning (Jan 6th 2015) that I signed up for my blog ‘crackedspark’ but it will not display the theme I purchased but shows up as TWENTY FIFTEEN instead. Can you please let me know why, and change this. Or cancel my order so I can reorder THE WRITER theme? Thanks.

    Have a look in your WPAdmin Dashboard under Store>My Upgrades. If you don’t see it there, the charge may not have gone through.

    If you see the purchase and the theme hasn’t been applied, you should be able to do so under WPAdmin Appearance>Themes.

    Let us know if you need more help.

    Hi thanks for your reply! I don’t see it under My Upgrades, but the charge looked like it went through – took all my card details ect… maybe best to call the credit card co. later this morning and check to see if I was charged?
