Theme import

    Hi, I juste bought a theme on word press. I want to import the theme to put it on my server. I’ve try the export button but it only export the content, I want the full theme.

    If you are referring to the Novara theme currently on the WordPress.com site listed above then it is specifically designed only to be used on a site here at WordPress.com and cannot be transferred elsewhere. There will no doubt be a WordPress.org version of that theme that you could purchase directly from Themetry.
    And as you have discovered, only content can be exported, not themes, menus, settings etc.
    If you purchased the theme less than 30 days ago you can request a refund via Manage Purchases: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/
