Theme Installation

I bought the Port theme by Theme Trust a few months back and would like to use it for my blog but I’m unsure how to install it. This platform gives us the option to customize or use one of the current themes, but I’d like to use the one I purchased. I’m not confusing wordpress.org with wordpress.com. I most definitely purchased it through theme trust with wordpress.com.

Hi terrigascho – I don’t see any WordPress.com purchases on your terrigascho account, and there are no upgrades on https://heyterrigascho.wordpress.com/
Is there a different site or user account under which account you purchased Port on WordPress.com?

hi kathrynwp, it was under hopewellworshipcentre but it no longer exists and I have the receipt from ThemeTrust as well as all the files that come along with the purchase. It’s just a matter of using that as the theme for my changed over blog heyterrigascho…

Timethief is spot on – if you purchased the theme from ThemeTrust then you’ll need to contact them directly for a refund.
I can only issue refunds for themes purchased here on WordPress.com.
