Theme Installation

I am currently have been having trouble installing a theme. The menu, slider and footer is not working properly. I tried contacting the theme provider but they were no help. I would like to get some live assistance or options to get this issue fixed. Our business has not had a presentable website over 3 months now…. Please help and advise!

Hey there,
It sounds like you are trying to install a third party theme for a self-hosted WordPress.ORG blog. Third party themes can not be uploaded to a free hosted WordPress.COM blog. They are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.
The good news is that WordPress.COM has hundreds of available themes that you can activate (many for free), and they are found under Appearance > Themes
