Theme is not displaying properly

  Suddenly, my blog theme is not displaying properly. The right hand side bar is missing, the dots that are suppose to appear at the top of the page are squares, and when I click on my dashboard to get stats, etc., I get a very basic page showing my photo and barely visible words on the upper left. Clearly not what it’s suppose to be. I’ve cleared my history, logged out and back in several times, and rebooted computer and it hasn’t correct the problem.

  It almost seems like a security issue.
