Theme issue moving to self hosted site

  My client wants to move their website to a self hosted site. They purchased and have been using the Forefront theme (https://wordpress.com/themes/forefront/) on their wordpress.com page but need to download it to move to our new site. Is this possible or do we need to purchase the theme from https://creativemarket.com/automattic/21385-Forefront?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Premium themes are not able to be transferred or downloaded from WordPress.com to be used on a WordPress.org site.

  However, you can try asking the theme author if they would be willing to provide a discount coupon or the theme files for you to download and use on your self-hosted WordPress.org site.
