Theme Issues

    Hello! I am really new to Word Press and I bought a theme from ThemeForest. I uploaded it and it said it wasn’t compatible – I tried contacting the developer to no avail. I wasn’t able to login to word press for a little bit. I now can get to my site but I cannot activate a new theme or delete the current one.

    Hi @eleanorbacso! The site you have shared here isn’t hosted with us, but can you ask your host for help renaming that theme’s folder at wp-content/themes ?

    That should force your site to use a default theme (so long as one is still installed) so you can log in again.
