  I paid for an upgrade and still only get the simple themes. I do not like this and wish to use the 60 dollars towards a better theme.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I see that you purchased the Blog Simple theme in February 2013. You are welcome to use this premium theme on any blog you choose. You can transfer it between blogs by following this guide:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/premium-themes/#how-to-transfer-a-premium-theme

  If you’d like to use a different premium theme, you can search for them under Appearance > Themes in your dashboard and purchase a new one for your blog. If you decide you don’t like the theme, we offer a full refund up to 30 days from your purchase.
