  I am not able to upload new theme. Please help. I have currently a theme applied and wish to deactivate the theme.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  YOu cannot upload an external theme to a WordPress.com blog. You can ONLY use the themes on your dashboard Theme page already.
