Theme navigation somehow moved to sidebar?

  My theme navigation moved to the sidebar and I can’t see it to do any edits? Any help?

  On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please contact support for the theme you’re using directly for help with this.
