Theme not migrating = refund please

  I bought a premium template yesterday for wordpress.com and just found out that it can’t be moved to wordpress.org, which Im migrating to today. I need a refund of that theme so that I can buy another one in wordpress.org.

  Please give me an answer as soon as possible to (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  By the way, the cancel & refund option isn’t working on “my upgrades”

  It looks like a refund has been processed for this transaction. I will assume that the issue is resolved unless I hear otherwise from you.
