Theme Pack [puchased is gone

    I purchased Bizberg Themes through wordpress and now the theme I selected is gone and I am being asked to upgrade with jetpack in order to get the theme again. The Premium Purchase I brought for a license which says it’s connected to wordpress was for 59.99 from: OMG Blog PRO Premium plan. Now it doesn’t show on my page with word press.

    Hi there,

    I did not see you mention what site you are needing help with. Is it jenleeion.wpcomstaging.com perhaps? I noticed that this site at one time had our Business plan (purchased by another admin on the site) and that Business plan has expired and was not renewed. You may wish to ask jenleeion to renew the Business plan that was purchased under their account, and this will allow you to access any themes and plugins you have uploaded to the site.
