Theme previews aren’t showing correctly

    I am trying to preview themes for my website but they are only showing basic text and none of the other material the previewed theme shows before I click to preview it.

    Hi there,

    On what site are you working, and what themes are you trying to preview?

    Is this using the live preview feature in the showcase at My Site ->Design ->Themes?

    From what you describe it sounds as if something is blocking the theme’s files from loading.

    Please try clearing your browser cache to see if that helps. Also check if it makes any difference if you use another browser or internet connection.
