Theme responsiveness not working

  Hi all,

  When I access my website on a mobile device it is not being responsive and is simply displaying the web-page as it would on a PC/Laptop. When I go to a preview through WordPress the site is responsive and displays as I would like on mobile. However, this does not happen on an actual mobile.

  I do not have a premium account so am not running any plugins or jetpack. Could you help me please so that I can get my site to be responsive and properly display on mobile devices?

  The site works just as expected on my end. Would you please share a screenshot of what you see on your end to better understand the issue? You can use an online tool for that (such as https://snipboard.io/) and paste the link into your reply.

  I’ve managed to find the problem: I was forwarding from a domain name that the football club previously purchased and it was masking the WordPress domain causing it to be unresponsive. I’ve changed that, so it now works.
