Theme Settings only working when Backend Open

  Hi,
  I recently redesigned my website. I’ve used the same theme that I have always been using but for some reason when I access my site most of the time it displays my site differently to when I access the site while the wp-admin backed section is open it shows differently.

  All the fonts are different, some elements display and some dont. Some of the Custom CSS I have enabled works and some of it dosen’t. It’s really confusing and I can figure it out.
